Subcontractor Driver Opportunities
Are you a Pty Ltd owner-driver looking for opportunities? We are always eager to hear from experienced and motivated individuals with the following late-model vehicles:
- Motorbikes
- 1-tonne Flat Tops
- 1 & 2-tonne Vans
- 2-12 tonne Tautliners or Tabletops with gates, tarps, and tail lifts
- Semi -Trailers
- Refrigerated Rigids and Trailers

What's the role?
Direct Couriers is currently seeking Owner Driver's (Subcontractors) with their own Vehicles for Ad-Hoc and point to point work. Working within the Sydney Metro Area delivering general freight to Distribution centres, Businesses and Residential.
What is required:
To be successful, the ideal applicant must have the following criteria:
- ACN registered business (Pty Ltd only)
- Hold a current valid NSW Driver’s Licence
- Copy of all company insurances and registrations (e.g. Workcover, Vehicle insurance/registration paperwork)
- Australian Citizen/PR or Australian VISA with full working rights
- Own vehicle that is both clean and presentable
- Good knowledge of the roads and suburbs in Metropolitan Sydney
- National Police Check and Current Driving Record- No Older than 3 Months
- Safety focused with an understanding of chain of responsibility

Experienced Contractors required for immediate start.
- 1 & 2 Ton Vans
- 1 Ton Flat Tops
- 4 Ton Tautliners with Tail Lift
- 8 - 14 Ton Flat Tray truck
- 6-12 tonne tautliner trucks
The following conditions will be offered to the successful applicants:
- *Guaranteed earnings*
- Weekly Invoice payment
- Complete uniform
- All training provided
