In your own words, what does your role involve?Managing the customer service department to ensure that our clients receive a high level of service whenever they are in contact with Direct Couriers. I also look after all the integration needs of our client base, from setting up new integrations to making sure current integrations are running correctly.
What do you like most about working at Direct Couriers?We have a great friendly team and no day is the same there are always new challengers that are being presented to us that makes life more interesting.
Which AFL / NRL / Super15 team do you support?The Mighty Hawks / Melbourne Storm
Other Interests?Love spending time with the family, anything sport and playing around with computers.
