What's the role?

We are seeking an organized and service-focused Contract Logistics Site Coordinator to oversee daily operations of dedicated fleet vehicles at customer sites. This role is crucial in:

  • Coordinating daily dispatch and fleet scheduling on customer sites
  • Managing vehicle movements and updating tracking systems
  • Ensuring safety, compliancee and service targets are met
  • Communicating with drivers and customer contacts
  • Problem-solving operational issues in real time

What you need is:

To be successful, the ideal applicant will have the following skills, attributes and experience:

  • Experience in transport operations, fleet coordination, or site-based dispatch (3+ years preferred)
  • Working knowledge of transport regulations, including HVNL, OHS and CoR
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage shifting priorities
  • Competence in Microsoft Excel, Word, and transport software systems
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and apply sound judgement
  • Sound knowledge of dispatch facility and local geography
  • High level of communication skills
