What's the role?

Based at our Perth office, you'll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly as a Query Operator / Second Chair. Day-to-day, you'll monitor and manage query channels, maintain accurate job notes, handle client requests, and liaise with drivers and internal teams to resolve issues quickly and professionally. You'll also provide dispatch support, monitoring channels and allocating jobs to drivers in the most efficient and cost-effective way.

What you need:

• Previous experience in transport, logistics, or freight forwarding
• Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and active listening
• Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
• Comfortable multitasking and working at pace under pressure
• Good knowledge of Perth's metropolitan suburbs and surrounds
• Solid computer skills across multiple systems
• A motivated, resilient attitude with a genuine focus on customer experience
