What's the role?

We're looking for a hands-on and adaptable Operations Assistant to join our Perth team. Working across multiple functions, you will be primarily responsible for assisting the Operations team with paperwork allocations for Sea Freight jobs along with other administrative tasks

What you need:

• Previous experience in the freight, transport, or logistics industry
• Confident using Microsoft Office and business/dispatch systems

• Excellent communication skills and a calm, professional approach under pressure
• A proactive self-starter attitude with a genuine team-player mindset
• Knowledge of Chain of Responsibility obligations (advantageous)
