What's the role?

Based out of our Perth branch in Kewdale, as a Customer Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing a high degree of guidance and direction to the customer service team. You will be responsible for motivating the team and providing training and education on department processes and to ensure all clients are given the highest level of customer service and are dealt with in an efficient and courteous manner.

Although previous customer service experience is preferred, no transport experience is necessary as ongoing training will be provided along with the opportunity to master different technologies, multi-task and problem solve.

To be successful, the ideal applicant will have the following skills, attributes and experience:

  • Previous experience working in customer centric roles
  • Experience in a supervisory or team leader roles 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Good understanding of the geographical suburbs in and around Perth
  • Sound computer knowledge (customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Resilience, passion and ability to work at pace and under pressure
  • A high level of motivation and energy with a strong focus on achieving outstanding customer experience results
