What's the role?

As a Fleet Operations Assistant based out of our Perth office you will be primarily responsible for assisting the Fleet team with administrative tasks & the Operations team with queries and despatch.

What you need is:

To be successful, the ideal applicant will have the following skills, attributes and experience:

• Excellent phone manner
• Strong communication skills – proficient in written, listening and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and workloads efficiently
• Strong attention to detail
• Understanding Chain of Responsibility including knowledge of key regulations and responsibilities in logistics
• Sound computer knowledge with proficiency working with Microsoft Office
• Experience in an office-based environment (ideal but not essential)
• Previous experience working within logistics/transport (ideal but not essential)
• Resilience and Passion - ability to work at a fast pace and under pressure while maintaining enthusiasm
• Willingness to Learn - eager to take on new responsibilities and grow within the role
