Direct Couriers statement to customers and visitors regarding COVID-19

Due to the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), Direct Couriers has implemented several precautionary procedures that reflect the company's focus on:

· The health and safety of our customers, employees, drivers and visitors
· The continuity of our services
· Compliance with governmental regulations and public health guidance currently in place to address the situation

Direct Couriers is monitoring and following the advice of the Department of Health, Ministry of Health (NZ) and WHO on a daily basis.

Direct Couriers has activated our business continuity and viral outbreak plans with the intent to ensure seamless operations throughout this situation, including provisions for ensuring our branches remain operational and are equipped with the necessary equipment and supplies. In addition, Direct Couriers is closely following the recommendations of local public health authorities and will update our policies and procedures as appropriate and necessary.
